If one word could encapsulate Howard, it would unquestionably be “devoted.” His dedication spans across his family, clients, community, and colleagues, among others. Over the span of five decades, he has built his legal practice upon unwavering hard work, resolute advocacy, and relentless service. His recognition as the Star Herald’s “Citizen of the Year” in 2016 underscores his consistent commitment to enhancing the welfare of those around him. Howard remains fervently dedicated to supporting the staff and lawyers of Simmons Olsen with his status as Of Counsel. When not in the office or with his family, you can likely find Howard biking countless miles around the panhandle or out searching for balls on the golf course.
