Steve has dedicated a significant portion of his legal practice to aiding his water clients in safeguarding their entitlements to utilize and develop both surface water and groundwater resources within the Panhandle. He strongly advocates for collaboration among local agricultural, municipal, domestic, and industrial water users. Steve firmly believes that fostering cooperation among these entities is crucial to safeguarding our shared interests amidst growing downstream demands.
