About
Jacob Swanson grew up in a town with a population of 1,500 in southwestern Utah. He attended and graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in the Korean Language. Jacob graduated with distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law with a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business of Administration. Jacob worked for Simmons Olsen Law firm as a clerk for over a year prior to becoming a licensed attorney in April 2023. Jacob’s main areas of practice are Estate Planning & Probate, Business Planning & Entity Formation, Real Estate Transactions, Municipal Law and Landlord Tenant Law. Jacob is also licensed in the State of Wyoming. He is anxious and ready to help you with your legal needs. Jacob, his wife, and 4 young children are excited to be part of the community and Simmons Olsen Law Firm.
